Icelandic painter. Svanheiður Ingimundardóttir/Svansý draws inspiration for her artistic creation to a large extent from the nature of Iceland, with which she has strong ties. She finally made that dream come true in 2015 when she enrolled in an art course, which she pursued for the next few years with work and has attended courses in watercolor painting with a number of artists, national and foreign. Svanheiður is one of the founders of Vatnslitafélag Íslands and has been the secretary of the association since its foundation. After retirement, Svanheiður has devoted himself entirely to watercolor painting. The magic of water and colors is her first solo exhibition.
