Carmelo Gentil Filho

Carmelo Gentil Filho, impressionist painter, born in São Caetano do Sul, in 1955.
He began drawing and painting at the Fundação das Artes de São Caetano do Sul, having followed courses in gradient blending with Marcos Galli Fiorilo, and later drawing, painting and composition with Antonio Euclides Rios.
Awarded in numerous official exhibitions, such as: Gold Medal - LX Salão de Belas Artes de Piracicaba/SP 2012; Acquisitive Award - XVIII SABBART (Brazilian Salon of Fine Arts in Ribeirão Preto/SP) 2009; Gold Medal - First Fine Arts Salon in São Paulo/SP 2007; Grand Silver Medal 53rd São Paulo Salon of Fine Arts São Paulo/SP 2002, among others.
